It’s Breaking Me!

“Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1” is playing on the Cinema now all over the world, and I haven’t seen it. Huhuhu! I miss my movie partner, Mojo! Where art though? Last 2008, when Twilight was released, I watched it with Hubby and a couple of friends. Of course, at the end of the movie, it was only I who enjoyed it. “New Moon” and “Eclipse” was a bonded contract with Mojo and Adnan. Oh dear, I miss those guys. I’m sure they’ve seen the movie. I guess, I just have to wait.

Gift Giving

Are you all done with your shopping list for the upcoming exchange gifts with your office mates, friends or families? Well for me and my Twitter friends, we’ve organized a yearly online exchange gifts. This will be my 2nd year to join in. I’m not really sure if my gift will arrive before the deadline, because I just recently updated my shipping address. I was confused between shipping it to SIL’s place (Dubai) or back home (Philippines). But since we’re still stuck up in here, might as well be safe than never – I have it shipped back home. My mom will have it shipped to me I guess. So, if you guys are looking for some good Friends and Family deals, shop now. You don’t want to be in a cramming mode.

Holidays In The Mall

I so miss the holiday season back home. I’m sure by now, malls are all tangled up with those cute ornaments and beautiful lights. I even have some friends who registered to sell off their loots for some big sale event. They have those trade show display booth that looks all so amazing. I think they’ll do well with sale. I can imagine the piled up people going around with their daily errands to make sure that everything on the wish list are checked up. Most of all, I miss my family. December is such a good month.

And so for that, you guys should take extra good care. Shopping spree indeed, but watch out for those pockets and wallets. You’ll never know when the bandits will show up.

Update for Lily Patootie

image.png

In a few days from now, our little patootie will turn 6 months. I’m thankful that even though we hadn’t have the chance to blow a monthly cake for her, since her 1st month, I’m sure that she’s growing up just fine like her sister. There’s a lot of differences between them, most especially with their cheeks. Big sister is more chubbier at the age of 6months already, but patootie is taller though – which is a good thing. But the most important thing is that they are both healthy Alhamdulillah, thanks be to God.

Before going over some work assignments about posguys barcode scanner, I’ll just post a couple of shots for the little one. Thank God for Instagram, I can update some photos for them. That reminds me as well to use my dslr this week.

At 5months and 4wks:

  • She grabs things with her right hand.
  • She loves being smooched.
  • She loves doing her boos and blas’ lately. If I’m not mistaken, I think I heard her say her first word – “Tete” (means Grandma in Arabic).
  • She loves to eat. I’m feeding her pinched of bread and mashed banana.
  • She can sit up, but if she’ll try to grab on some things in-front of her, she’ll fall off.
  • Alhamdulillah Masha’Allah her sleeping time is normal. I hope and I keep my fingers cross that I can maintain her and her sisters sleeping habits.

I’m so happy that like her sister, she can easily be persuaded to give a smile. Look at those chinita eyes. It’s a mini-me indeed. No doubt that she’s mine. Anyways that all I have for now for the little one.

Dearest December

SP_FreeDesktop_December2011_B_1280x800.png

December is here. And this is will be my laptop wall paper for the next month. I download it of course from Shabby Shoppe Blog. Click here for more info.

I added a text saying “All I want for Christmas is YOU…”. Aside from the holidays, December is a very special month for me. My birthday is coming up soon. I’m blessed with a supportive family-in-laws. But there’s just one thing I wish for my birthday. That is for US family to be complete. That’s all I want as a gift for my birthday.

I miss you Sweety…. come home soon… :( My birthday wouldn’t be the same without you. Ya rab… Ya Allah! Bring him back…

Avoid Toxic People

Dear Jhari,

Are there people in your life that aren’t making you a better person?  Avoid toxic people.  Love them, yes, but don’t spend too much time with them.  Life is short!

Be wise,
God

P.S. Jhari, I’ve provided wonderful people around you to be your friends, teachers, and inspiration.  Look for them.

Yup, I’m following orders. That’s why I stick up with my friends over the blog and Twitter. I haven’t seen them personally (except for Maileen), but I know them by heart. And they don’t treat me like a stranger at all. They are my true friends online to whom I can share with my ups and downs in life. Aside from barkada back home, these are the people which I don’t ever want to avoid in the future. Besides, it’s not right to avoid people who prays for you, who sends you happy thoughts and positive vibes, who encourages you, who inspires you and admire you for your strength. These are people worth sticking with until the end. I just wish that I will have the chance to meet with them. If that happens, I assure you that I will be speechless. I really am a shy type you know – yeah right! ;) THANK YOU BEBOTS FOR EVERYTHING!
